Oh, I forgot there are differences between what medicines are available for use in Europe and the USA.Here in the USA there are four different types of botox available and FDA approved.
Botox, Xeomin, and Dysport are Botulinum toxin type A and Myobloc is type B.
Type A Botox is used for both cosmetic and MS treatment applications.

Dear many anonymous people worldwide,
I simply don't feel like exchanging PMs and e-mails, chat or talk to anyone at the moment. I know that there are dozens of e-mails and messages waiting, I deleted my Facebook profile to prevent constant messaging, there are unread messages on Whatsapp, but I just can't. Whenever I think that I MUST reply to all those people living all over the world, I feel like running away. I cannot maintain all those private contacts at the moment. They exhaust me. I want to have fun on forums and don't get involved into other people's private life stories, I don't want to talk about myself, I don't want to read/listen about others... I can't. I used to like this soooooo much in the past - meeting new people, making new friends all around the world, learning new things... But now - I'm in some phase when I just want to be left alone. I know I SHOULD be more responsible about this, but I simply can't. I'm sorry... 
Hopefully, this will change... some day ... soon...

From one poster to another poster my legs spread sitting on my gym bench is because I'm stretching my hip flexors/Quads and inner thighs before class that's what I do so get your mind out of the gutter and behave.
