The SHORT answer is ME! Depending on HOW MUCH it was, I'd LIKE to buy a fairly large ketch, and spend the remainder of my life sailing around the world, meeting people and doing things I've never done or met before. And, if there was enough, I'd try to help out, when and where I could. Drilling wells for people. Getting them connected to the world, via web. Maybe teaching some agriculture. Maybe a small loan to start a food cart business for a woman trying to raise/feed her kids. Stuff like that. Doing good on a person to person basis. None of this MASSIVE one size fits all stuff.

I would buy a house on the water with a beach...buy my kids each a house and make sure they were comfortable financially....buy a whole new wardrobe...travel.....make sure my mother was comfortable financially.....start an animal sanctuary or shelter....

I honestly don't know have never been into spending money just for the sake of spending so I would probably help some friends then the rest would sit in my bank account till my death.
