The past 7 days I'm eating fruit in the morning, I buy it in the local shop, It's 4 euro a pot of fruit, the contents are;,

kiwi
mango
strawberry
pineapple
grape
melon

its exotic fruit, I'm eating more healthy food ......................wave

My favourite fruit are cherries and they're really good for you too.

Cherries have been touted as the new wonder fruit, and based on their antioxidant content we can see why! Cherries are rich in the flavonoids, isoqueritrin and queritrin, which act as antioxidants and work to eliminate byproducts of oxidative stress, therefore slowing down the aging process.
