Injuries are part & parcel in a game of football... if you were to sue every tackle that resulted in an injury , then footballers would spend more time in a courtroom, than on a football pitch.
The tackle by Ramos wasn't a particularly malicious one, it was the awkward landing that resulted in the injury..

He’s the kind of man who would steal your wallet and help you look for it. The Spanish are not proper Europeans and you’ll find the Mediterranean has a more African sense of fair play with corruption and violence all the more usual by comparison to anywhere of their borders. Remember Spain’s shameless and frankly unEuropean reaction to Catalonia not only last year but back in the days of Franco.

Accidental injuries, unfortunate, yes. Malicious wrestling moves, resulting in hospitalisation, are definitely not acceptable and should be punished.
