Poitin: Epsom salts is a powerful healing remedy. A few handfuls(not teaspoons) in a hot bath, every night for a fortnight can work on internal injuries. Its important to note not to use a towel to dry the affected area(u ll wipe off the Epsom salts which can take a while to fully absorb) so let the knee air dry when u get outta the bath.
I used this remedy on n off for yrs. For extensive internal pelvic injuries.
Strange thing is, i have tried it a few times, and i felt it only made it worse
after coming out of the bath i had more pain.
I use a compress that i put in the freezer, and that helps a lot
Even sitting out in the sun a few minutes ago gave me pain, and when i came in, it went,
so heat seems to be out.

Thank you so much for that though,i have nice Epsom salts with lavender and the aroma is so beautiful.

Hope you are feeling much better now.teddybear
