nop, no extreme emotions, or "emotions" per se. If we do that, we are looking at life with the wrong perspective. It does not mean we dont get passionate about subjects, but most of us can see what is real and what is "fake", and just "try" to ignore crappy stuff and crappy people.
Cs is not bad at all; we are, as we "make" CS.
