Abagail: I remember a few years ago when I first wandered in here that the conversations used to be varied and many on the Australian/New Zealand forums... but now... it's like wandering through a ghost town with tumbleweed and I am just waiting for a cowboy to emerge with a gun...

you get quite few those on here, 30 year old thinks your good looking etc etc
Used to be few ladies on here, some partnered, others given up, its a singles site, I wouldn't call it a dating site, quite few of us posts in the forums, follow world affairs whatever. Others in blogs all the subjects under the sun in both forums and blogs.
I got scammed a couple times, bleeding heart stories, few odd balls but most long term folks different but good folks

but I am 30( *2) plus a bit more....and still look good until I put my glasses on and look in mirror.....I also look even better when I get deeper into whiskey bottle....might have to block myself

Recently saw pic of the cathedral.... that's definitely changed. I wanted to landscape it a bit back in the day but the money wasn't available....good to see the 'old lady' dressed up. . The Port has had a lot of money spent on it... so has the art gallery which is really worth seeing ... and then of course the extended lakes area. It truly is a rather beautiful town.
Well well well. First time back here for me in a few years and this is the first thread i read for a catch up. Nice to see some reminiscing of the boom times on this forum. But alas I agree, it seems a ghost town now

. Good Day Psuedonym, I am not sure we have crossed paths in the past...but welcome back. Ghost towns have a certain appeal... There is always an interesting history behind them.
