Some people like U....cannot get out of bed in the morning.....they r then diagnosed with depression, and have to take medication.....and life turns rosy again......So there r very many....not just u...…

Ur general run of the mill person will have depressive episodes....that will just go away again...thus depression is just a part of everyone's life.....not just urs…...

Depression can hit anyone at anytime, regardless of gender, age, vocation or socio-economic status.

Chances of recovery from reactive depression are far greater than clinical depression.

The latter needs more work.

The important thing with depression, is to not allow it to control or define you. Maintaining a healthy diet, exercising and keeping away from too much booze and drugs, does help.
