Lots being claimed by those on both sides politically. But for those of us who prefer real evidence based DATA, numbers just in, and almost all are great and significant. Easily continue to best those under Barach Husssein. GDP and consumer spending both over 4%, compared to the anemic typically less than half that before our brilliant President Trump's landslide election trouncing of Hillary. Just as importsnt, these accompany real large increases in federal government spending, which hovered around zero during previous eight dreadful America last and guilty years. You like apples---how's them for apples?

This latest blowout might keep the morale up for a showdown with China making the attempt to rebalance global trade possible. That’s the good news.

The economy itself is based man the same old crap repeating the same old dead ways. When you say growth you may as well be talking about cancer.

President Trump's landslide election trouncing of Hillary.
It went over 4% when Obama was president too.

Bit, before we go any further...

Please post real evidence based DATA, that shows Trump won a landslide election...

4.5 per cent unemployment WOW!

Actually I give Bernanke most of the credit. Obama never got a chance to hurry things up - too many republicans in Congress. Trump is a joke.

Probably was Bernanke , It would have been Obama who would have taken the blame if things got worse , just like Trump would . Even with hindsight Obama winning over McCain and then Romney and Trump over Clinton were the best results that could have been achieved of those standing . scold trust your fellow Americans Raphy . The joke was on American voters having Clinton hoisted on them by the media painted as a viably leader .

obozo was the first to never top a 3% growth rate in any full year.

It's funny how the recession was the meat clever on the economy when it was obozo's over reach, taxation, regulation, and mandating that chopped the U.S. economy like topping a plant. The job quality? There wasn't any type of job quality. Even forbes and business insider couldn't defend the marxist terrorist on that.

It's pretty obvious in the actions of deregulation and less over reach under Trump, that has allowed the 4% plus growth rate. REAL jobs too.
