I suggest you alter the age range you are looking for closer to your own age. A 60 year old looking for a woman of 30 comes across as a bit off putting. Apart from that, everything seems to be in order. Your profile, if it's honest, makes you sound like a decent guy, and there's nothing wrong with the way you look, so I can't see the problem. Lets face another reality... a massive number of woman on "free" dating sites (and some on payed for sites as well), are there only to browse around ... during OFFICE HOURS, because they are dead bored on the office. The company pays for their hours "sitting in front of the laptop" anyway...
They are not interested in chats (will never answer anything), and even less interested in dating, they just GAZE at profiles in the same way as they gaze womans-magazines. ...
