I'm glad you did your usual rant back at me - so I will explain further for you (and anyone else) who's got totally the wrong end of the stick on this now...

Firstly, Merc was upset, very upset about the way she got treated.
Yes, maybe i was wrong not pre-asking her if I could bung up something regarding her experiences on this thread (and I will certainly be writing to her about that) but the fact that she was able to post up some pictures only then to have trolls blast her for that AND get banned seemed wrong, to me anyway - so I decided to speak out and say something.

You were her friend (you said "for many many years") so what did you think of her being banned.
Did she tell you?

We had a conversation yes and it led to that. If I visited Australia we were also gonna share her favourite beer and have another chat.
If she still wishes to do that, that's upto her - but I was concerned that starting this thread about women of a certain age being a wreck (not all) and if someone puts up photos showing they are really fit from the gym (as she did) - then she gets slammed online for doing it - ok it's more really a warning post to tell others maybe it's NOT a good idea to do the same thing.
The way CS treated her was very unfair, blocking her and then allowing the trolls to continue.
Why.

Anyway, next to this young Thai girl wanting an older guy.

That is however expanding now, yes you could say I'm driving it - but it's certainly NOT for exploiting her.

I want to know more (from her) about life in Thailand - the unknown PM "You really don't get out much do you, in the real world that is" on whatsapp (which actually opened this Pandora's box) - and 'mollybaby' touched on it too with..

I hope this thread is being monitored by media outlets (forums etc usually are) as it would be great if one would pick up on this story of these girls in Thailand.

And from her I can now find out - WHY are these girls wishing to find men far older than they are, but also (in her case) wanting to actually leave the country.
What's the Thai Government doing about all of this?

It's peoples lives BUT it's not been covered well I would say - and so IF there's one thing this thread can do for the good, it could really help get it sorted out?

Yes I want to stay in touch with this girl, so she can freely tell me (without any reprisals or trolls attacking her) whats it's really like for a girl growing up in Thailand.

You know if that 26 yr old man 'InstincThis' stopped trolling... got of his backside, grabbed a camera (and some friends if reqd.) they could do a great Youtube feature on this - doing something positive for a change, but he possibly won't.

I can't go myself - and so if nobody else is interested I'll bung up an advert for some independent journalist to take it on maybe?
