Gill695: Dee if you don't mind I wana say someting to you . please tell us how men impress you . what things you like ????? I mean how a man win your heart ?
I weigh 5 pounds more now than I did in high school 50 years ago, but at one point I was heavier, not fat either. But I've been the same weight for most of my whole life since age 20.
TH---as with much in life and human health, these things have many components. Genetics, culture, education, home life, diet, beliefs, etc. Used to be thought that it was possinle to be fat AND fit, based on poor thinking and data, such a a few obese marathoners. Best, unless you are 6-11", to become less heavy.

Solamente: Just wondering whether the body has a natural weight.
Since my early 20's, my body weight has always been around 92 kilos regardless of my lifestyle, however, following an operation for a burst appendix two years ago my body weight keeps increasing.
I now find that for the first time in my life, I need to watch what I eat and do constant exercise if I want to keep my weight stable. I can tell you that having to start exercising at the age of 62 really sucks!
Is weight gain age related or am I just unlucky?
I'm not sure about wine production in your country Solamente - but the nearby vineyard here in the UK sprays the vines with anti-mould chemicals (and other gunk) all the time.
Possibly choosing an honestly produced tipple might improve one's health dramatically?
Also, thanks to the late and sadly departed Joyce Riley (1948-2017) who hosted The Power Hour Radio Show, it was thanks to her reporting many breakfast cereals (NOT all) but most, now have GM content.
Did anyone suddenly get stomach pains (for no real reason) and thus grab some Pepto-Bismol or Gaviscon for relief from the heartburn & acid indigestion? I was getting that, and heard Joyce's report saying: many Americans had those problems, BUT on switching cereals, it all then stopped.
I did and she was right. Many contain stuff ....that's NOT labelled!
We in the UK used to have the 'Red tractor' symbol - (assured food standard)..but you may have noticed (like myself) it's quiet and total disappearance from most packaging?
What one eats I'm quite sure relates to how healthy one is. Yes there can be other factors, but avoiding 'bad stuff' ....can't be harmful!
Milk, peanuts, fish oil (that's 'Cod Liver Oil and Malt' in a jar) plus plenty of good exercise has always helped my body stay in great shape.
Some however may be allergic to any of those
For 50 many might say 9 stone (57kg) is rather on the light side, even the Doc said I should really weigh 11-14 st (69-88kg) I'm happy with 9/57
I'm sure though if you consult your doctor he/she will be able to advise on the best way for exercise and also for you to keep in good condition safely.

......but you need good body weight ......to have a really good fart.....
I heard, that our weight, should be according to our heigh. example. If one's height is 1.80 centimetres, his weight should be about 80 kilograms. or about 176 pounds.

Thank you all for your comments, unfortunately cannot reply individually as I do not get online as much as I used too.
I accept when getting older a persons metabolism changes, I shall just have to find a method of keeping my weight stable that coincides better with my lifestyle.

Every body is unique, and there are variations. My physician, a very fit forty-something, has said that a general rule of thumb is about 30 pounds per foot. So, a 5'8" man should ideally weigh around 167 lbs. (This "seems" reasonable, to me...) Many physicians concur that a more or less healthy variation is about 15 lbs from this gauge.
