I sleep on my right side, my left side is unacceptable and sleeping on my back gives me bizarre dreams

I sleep in pretty much every position. Stomach. Back. Both sides. If a lady is present then of course my positions are just a variation of the above

These days, it is so hot here in Spain, I am sleeping on a towel, stretched wearing not very much at all - and allowing the ceiling fan to cool down my body...then I can sleep...but only just
