The same principles should apply to this issue. You need balanced people who care about both you and themselves, and they show you the way.
CS should get together for an organised walk because there are good reasons to worry about your weight. Nobody who matters expects you to look like something from Baywatch but people who matter want to see you at 60, 70 and 80, see you alive.

I agree with this. Too bad we all live so far away from each other. Otherwise it would be extremely fun to gather everyone together and go for a walk in the park. I can only imagine what that would look like! laugh

not everybody has that option. Their parents gave them certain genes to work with. I myself don't have time. Born that way. Maybe your living in a fantasy ?

The role model isn't a handful of Instagram "models", who actually don't really look like that without the shotoshop, twisting their bodies to get the perfect pose and the plastic surgery...
And the people who put on an effort to keep in good shape and health should not be mocked for doing it...
Everyone can find an excuse to be unhealthy or unkempt...
