All. Yes, our Milky way is over a hundred light years across. Just one of perhaps billions of galaxies, each with as many stars, all receeding away from each other, at near light speed. If anyone wants to really learm about all this, check out Professor Fillipenko's 96 lecture series, second edition, on the Universe. Mind blowing. And we are just beginning to understand tiny parts of it all. Course on DVD's, by the Great Courses, of the Teaching Company. Pricey, so see if your library can get it for you, on inter library. Loan. My third viewing. Awesome.
