I reccomend Sri Lanka. The island is small and there is a lot to do... especially if you like the jungle, the little villages, and the Path of Siddartha Gautama. Looots to seeee.....

Depends what you are into.
Rome/Greece would be awsome for sight seeing.
Thailand and surrounding areas are on my list.
The rain forests of Centeral America.
Plenty of great places in Mexico if you want to sip colodas.
Hawaii,Israel, Morocco, Egypt, Kenya
You can litterally throw a dart at a dart board and find an interesting place.

Thailand would be good for snorkelling/diving the red sea and then you could do sightseeing in Eygpt, Australia is good but 2-3 weeks is not enough there
