At the moment I'm in the process of clearing out all my things with a view to giving them to charity shops and friends..I don't like to throw stuff away that could be used by someone else.

I love antiques....and a new covering....or a coat of varnish.....or just a good polish...make it look brand new....I've turned old chairs into something really nice and modern...
My elder son just took a brand new wardrobe, and turned it into an antique look-a-like...took months tho….

Where I live, people share freely.
I've really embraced the aloha lifestyle; and I love living on an island with people who made living without money for over 4 1/2 years so pleasant.
I love living a simple lifestyle in the jungle, where nobody uses money for transactions between neighbors.
I love sharing with everyone, without asking for money; as much as I love having neighbors who treat me the same way.
In Hawaii, lots of us only use money in stores, when we deal with haoles from the mainland.

well I collect books of my interest and I never throw them away, or sell them. I might want to read them again. Same with cd's.
But i've some closets I never open, guess most of the stuff in there I can throw away or sell, or give away if it's not worth very much.
Also I have a lot of tools, mostly unused, but well, you'll see, you give something away and then you suddenly need it.
