Everybody has found it really easy to just find three things that they are grateful for, but many of us can feel miserable and depressed. With so much to be grateful for it's hard to allow yourself to feel down - right or wrong?

Yeah..May be...but some people suffer from chronic depression.
As for being miserable some are only happy when they have something to worry about.
And some see beauty where others see ugliness or vice versa.

It's just that when we realise how many, many things we should be grateful for it can be a help to drag oneself out of feeling depressed. Depression is so sad because it saps people of the will to live and life becomes merely survival.
Waking to the sound of birds this morning. Caring friends. Modern conveniences such as washing machines....would hate to be spending my Saturday down at the river scrubbing my bed linens over boulders.
