my story could help others to beat sadness and sorrow
recently read a articule on tears and under mirco scope they can tell which emotion you felt to generate the type of tear example;. joy has a different bio-logical make up tear than a sad tear.....amazing really...!!

I'm sorry to hear that...I work with someone who has bouts of sadness, and I find myself having to offer reassurances around concerns... I'd say around mental illness and depression, tearful outbursts are understandable and acceptable...

When you are trying to get through a moment you must use everything within reason as your release! Tears and whaling are tools at your disposal that are safe and help you to release all that badness inside. Its very good to cry and makes you no less a man...

So true! In addition, emotional tears remove toxins caused by stress. Overexposure to manganese can cause emotional and mental disturbance and a good cry can lower the levels. Suppressing tears contributes to diseases such as high blood pressure, heart problems, and peptic ulcers. A good soppy movie and have a good cry every so often is far better than any therapy!

personally I never cried without a real sorrowful reason I never lightly cried to light reasons., my reasons were always geniue hardship heart breakers, its a state of mind.............I also read in some type of way crying is a true sign of repentance of sins and can be benefical in spritiual ways leading to a more graceful exscistence
also I can be a very deep thinker and feeler my empathy can increase sky high too.....it's a curse and blessing to feel things so ''deep'' it has it advantages and disadvantages , my optimistic view point and feeling always wins over the pessimistic persona in my trails on this adventure of life
I know women say how wonderful would it be if men showed more of their emotional side... But the truth is, it should be very, very rare... If you start crying for a red, your days a numbered...

Lots of famous men cried, why should it be rare, do women have the monopoly crying over very sad movies, i know they say men shouldn't show their emotions but bring a spare hanky to a tear jerker movie for me
