I have never agreed with the philosophy of Conservatism! It is a philosophy based on selfishness, greed and bigotry!That said, one could disagree with those that embraced this philosophy but still respect their rights and reasons for that embrace! At least they held their beliefs and convictions for reasons that made since to them and their like minded brethren.
Then comes a nihilist like Donald Trump who has no core convictions! Who cares about absolutely nothing but himself! A man who doesn't even know what an ideology is! A narcissistic sociopath with no convictions of any kind except the ones that await him in the future! The Republican party has surrendered what little Honor and Respectability they had to him and hopefully they will see their own demise as a result!
I could never support a person like Nikki Haley because I fundamentally disagree with her philosophically! I can and do respect her as a person of conviction and would take her in a heartbeat over an incompetent, immoral and dishonorable man like Donald Trump!
