well, an environmental group called the dutch state to justice because the air isn't clean enough, and the gouvernment is doing to little to change things. The state lost!!!
Now the state have to reduce the co2 pollution with 25% since 1990, now they're only on 12%.
So 13% to go, and that in one year.
Maybe in other countries there will be people who also can form a group to change things?
