I have a question...If one were to chaperon, if the couple are going on a dinner date, does the chaperon accompany them at the dinner table and get their meal paid for as well?

Chaperoning on dates is more a Muslim Saudi thing, women in the West are more free and can chaperon themselves. It is not just a Muslim thing. It is an "old world" thing. I was chaperoned for 2 years. I wasn't a woman, I was a child.

Back in the day when my older siblings were old enough to date it was my parents rule that the guy had to meet the parents before the date ever happened.
I remember when one of my older sisters was going on a date and the guy just honked the car for my sister to come out.
