No, about one year ago for the last time, had to visit the hospital overthere. It's about 15 km from where I live, but city centre might be 20-25.

Reminded me of:
For a few years ago I's driving home after a few hours paddling kayak. Crossed 2 roads on red light. Not that I didn't notice it - I did - but it was like I didn't care, as if I and everything else existed in different universes. (Got a lot of tooting at me, but it's Gothenburg. They say, it's worse than Estokholmo.) Got to learn later that I's high on endorphin caused by paddling.
From then on, I try to avoid crossroads with traffic lights. After paddling kayak, that is :)
