I see no reason why women shouldn't be involved though i do think women would search for a non violent solution, though these days women are active.
in all the armed services and combatant The RAF has women fighter pilots who carry out air strikes. I don't know the other services that well. Women are astronauts and active in all areas used to be a mans domain.

I think few would want to control or dominate the world. I think women are a different type of "territorial". I think women would want to control their own country, like controlling their house (for lack of a better analogy). I think there would be pros and cons to that. For example: many studies on American women being more pro death penalty than men. "Oh.. another murderer or p*dophile... get the rope"
