BREAKING: Voter Fraud Allegedly Found In Deep Blue Florida County

Over 100 provisional ballots were rejected in Miami-Dade County on Thursday after election officials said that those people showed up to vote a second time in the same election, according to a local media reporter.

The news comes as Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) claimed earlier in the day that the Democrats and Florida election officials with questionable records were trying to "steal" the election in Broward County, which is just north of Miami-Dade County.

Miami-Dade County is one of the bluest counties in the state of Florida, as nearly two-thirds of the county voted for Hillary Clinton in the 2016 presidential election.

"Stream of aggressive red stamping at Miami-Dade canvassing board as panel rejects provisional ballots from 108 people who showed up to vote a second time in the same election," Miami Herald reporter Doug Hanks said.

Hanks added in a subsequent tweet: "Miami-Dade lawyer tells me provisional ballots from people who tried to vote twice do get referred to prosecutors. But voter has to be shown with criminal intent to face charges.

The news comes after Rubio cast serious doubts about actions by election officials in Broward County on Thursday, noting the questionable past of Elections Supervisor Brenda Snipes.

"#Broward election supervisors ongoing violation of #Florida law requiring timely reporting isn’t just annoying incompetence," Rubio wrote on Twitter on Thursday. "It has opened the door for lawyers to come here & try to steal a seat in the U.S. Senate & Florida Cabinet."

Republican National Committee (RNC) Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel also weighed in on the developments coming out of Broward County, writing: "#Broward Elections Supervisor Brenda Snipes is no stranger to destroying ballots and violating Florida election laws. Snipes has shown herself to be trouble. Voters in Florida should be paying attention!"

Multiple reports of Democratic voter fraud have surfaced in recent weeks.

In late October, court documents filed by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton alleged that four women arrested by authorities had targeted elderly voters in a "voter fraud ring" during the 2016 elections which was funded by a then-Democratic Party leader.

This week in California, Democratic Bakersfield City Council candidate Gilberto de la Torre was charged with election fraud.

James O'Keefe's Project Veritas released an undercover sting on election day this week from a polling station in Texas that appeared to show an election official telling Project Veritas' undercover journalist that they had 'tons' of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) recipients voting in the election.

What I find the most humorous is that Senator Bill Nelson, democrat, called for a recount after polls showed he was beaten by Rick Scott. His recall has found Fraud.rolling on the floor laughing

Here's a bout a two hour old update at roughly 7:30 p.m. Broward county could be in deep trouble. At least the "official" in charge should be when all is said and done.

Also, Arizona is counting again. More votes just came in from Maricopa County, Sherrif Joe Arpiao's old stomping ground and a solid Republican county. As a result, The Democratic Candidate is now ahead by 22k votes.

New totals are:
Sinema: 990,177 49.4%
McSally: 968,992 48.3%

Needless to say, Trump is freaking out as he faces the prospect of losing all the senate gains he was touting as being the REAL victory.

Just out — in Arizona, SIGNATURES DON’T MATCH. Electoral corruption - Call for a new Election? We must protect our Democracy!

What he is screaming incoherently about is the fact that the majority of votes in Arizona are sent in by mail. These are sent in envelobes signed by the voter and crosschecked with a recorded signiture and then opened and the vote is recorded. Of course, if you are anything like me, your signiture can change in a lot of ways day by day based on how stiff my hands are. And in this age of computing a lot of people dont even use cursive anymore, so people are out of practice in any case. So, ya, he is talking about the fact that peoples signitures did not match pixel by pixel with one recorded years before. Oh noes.

Ya, things look kinda panicy for the Bald Man in chief.

Irinocally both these reults even if they go the Democrats way wont change much in Washington DC. Republicans have a senate majority regardless.

Of course, the more that comes out, the worse things are going to be when it comes to weighing in the results of florida's "election process" in some areas.

There will be recounts in florida. I think some are already under way.

Broward needs new officials. Scott and ALL other politicians should be more than concerned in any election at the way things are handled in some areas.

No matter if they turn out how a person wants or not, they can't be trusted.

Arizona's mass mail in ballot system is also something that should be questioned. No way to fully verify in the long run. It's not the same as an absentee that can't be there for some reason. Odds are high that the mail ins haven't physically been there in a long while to be verified.

Trump and others are right to call foul. With a percentage issue, understandable for recounts and verification. Whole precincts with repeated problems need to be fully looked at and investigated.

Loosing a few seats will still keep the proper majority in the senate.

Yes, I do believe there is more voter fraud than some parties and areas will ever admit too.

That's why I voted against automatic registration when a person gets their driver's license.

Too many chances and odds that people with a driver's license will be allowed to vote even if they shouldn't be. There are already reports of this happening.

There wouldn't be prosecutions for voter fraud if it didn't exist. The question of how big the scale is that it happens, needs a definitive answer and not a brush off to be swept under a rug.

Sorry but your signature graphic doesn't pass the smell test. I don't know what Trumps signature looks like. But I can tell you the sig on the right looks as fake as fake can be. Looks like someone made a bunch of m's in a row, and then added 3 pointed type lines on top of them.
Anybody who would fall for that fraud of a comparison is a fool. doh

Good news for everyone. Repubs and Dems agree a pretty fair looking deal in Arizona.

]Associated Press

Settlement reached in tight Arizona Senate vote count

PHOENIX (AP) — Arizona Republicans who had alleged the state’s two biggest counties were illegally counting some ballots changed course Friday and agreed to settle their lawsuit if rural voters also get an extra chance to fix problems with ballots cast in the state’s tight U.S. Senate race.

The settlement was technically between Republicans and the state’s county recorders, but Democrats and civil rights groups who had jumped into the fray agreed to it as it was announced in a Phoenix courtroom Friday afternoon. Arizona’s 15 counties now have until Nov. 14 to address the issue, which state Elections Director Eric Spencer said likely affects less than 10,000 votes out of more than 2.3 million cast statewide.

The Republican lawsuit said the state’s county recorders don’t follow a uniform standard for allowing voters to address problems with the signatures on their mail-in ballots, and that Maricopa and Pima counties improperly allow the fixes for up to five days after Election Day.

The lawsuit settlement in a courtroom packed with more than a dozen lawyers and a host of reporters came a day after Democrat Kyrsten Sinema jumped into a slight lead over Republican Martha McSally in the midst of the slow vote count. On Friday night, she padded her lead to about 1 percentage point of the 2 million ballots tallied. More than 350,000 remain accounted.

Even as the Republican attorneys pursued a deal that would let conservative-leaning counties match signatures like the two urban ones, President Donald Trump seemed to attack the way Maricopa and Pima operated on twitter. “In Arizona, SIGNATURES DON’T MATCH,” Trump tweeted. “Electoral corruption - Call for a new Election?”

Four local Republican parties filed the lawsuit Wednesday night challenging the two large counties’ practice of reaching out to voters after Election Day. If the signature on the voter registration doesn’t match that on the sealed envelope, both Maricopa and Pima County allow voters to help them fix, or “cure” it, up to five days after Election Day.
