Yes, it was a guy, and boy was I disappointed. He looked nothing like the photographs. Like it looked great on the pictures but once you opened it, you regreted even signing for it?
Talk about a hard time sending him back. His wife wouldn't take him,his girlfriend wouldn't either, so I just took him down to the docks and left him with the sailors and ran.

I live very rural so there's no where around to shop. I love ordering online and having it delivered right to my door. I do read reviews before purchasing and read descriptions well before ordering. I order lots from ebay and other companies for my herbs, vitamins and supplements.
It's so convenient as I don't have to drag the kids to some town far away and fight traffic in the cities.
So far, purchases have been great. Many times, better than expected.

Actually I bought a leather jacket lately, but allthough the lengt was okay, the taille was way to small. Of course I was disappointed, but luckily I could send it back. Two days later I went to a shop and bought a different leather jacket, which was 100 euro less expensive, so finally all turned out very well.

Yes....that happened with ebay. The picture color did not match with the actual item received, but their customer service satisfaction is 100% .
They refund it back to you or if the value is not so high they let you keep it as well. No experience with other onliness, except tv advertising companies also follow customer service satisfaction.
