I do squonking, 6mg, assorted flavours. I used to spend upwards of $150 a month on cigs, now its maybe $30-$40 a month on eliquid.

Vaping is popular here. I know people who will criticize me for having a smoke yet they will vape twice as much nicotine as I would go through in the run of a day.Something else I notice with vaping. When I have a smoke, I won't blow smoke in a non smokers face, I don't like 2nd hand smoke myself let alone a non smoker. I will always try to not be in a non smokers face when I have one. People who vape on the other hand, they will do it anywhere around anyone. May not have all of the chemicals thats in a regular smoke but still got the nicotine and non smokers don't want to be breating that in.

Nicotine by itself is not dangerous, actually very beneficial to brain function (reasonable amounts of course). Its the burning of tobacco and paper not to mention the rest of the by products produced that cause problems. I enjoy vaping, guess that's the point, personal vice. Now I am against doing it in public buildings or where a lot of people around. You never know who might be allergic, have asthma or other respiratory conditions. Vapers as well as smokers should be considerate of those that don't.------ This thread is Archived ------

People who vape heavily usually use a 3mg or 0mg eliquid, very low nicotine. Cloud chasers especially. I'm a flavor chaser, 6mg is my sweet spot but I vape lightly MTL (mouth to lung). I started at 24mg to match the cigs I was smoking then gradually reduced nicotine level. Don't use the new salts, those are for the heavy addicts!Something else I notice with vaping. I thought the car ahead of me at a stoplight was on fire or something from all the white cloud coming out the driver side window. Figured out later it was all that vape steam or whatever that is. The chemical flavour on its own can do you enough harm...I appreciate the fact that vaping is safer for the others around you but it is still smoking and it has no benefits to your health...
Something that is supposedly less harmful isn't any better than something harmful...
The "positive" effect of the nicotine is only psychological...

I love vaping and my blood pressure is still low so I’m not worried about. My oxygen saturation is also still 98% so I’m gonna keep vaping!

Vaping cannot be good long term either as inhaling any chemical vapours can become addictive &. In some cases even fatal.

Would you like to Google "nicotine" and report the findings before making that kind of statements? ...
Nicotine has the same impact as sugar and a risk factor for diabetes (among other things).
Vaping is less harmful than smoking cigarettes, but it is still an addiction to the drug, that's is more powerful than heroine.
Vape all you want and good luck with it! Just don't post dangerous nonsense. Thank you in advance!
