Ano751: Bad!...Dealing with low level people, angry public , .....and got to put up with that.
Think about how smart the average person is, then remember that 1/2 of the people out there are stupider than that. I wish you the best of luck and to at least try not to rip someone's hair out when they push you past that point where it goes from anger/frustration to out and out lunacy where you do things to people and have no memory of doing it afterwards. Most important of all, don't let them take away your joy and happiness.
