My question is , are you adapting to those changes, or are you stuck in a time trap & are unwilling to yield .

i'm finding that recently, and i'm adapting to and welcoming all the changes,

As i am now retired, i can focus on me more, do the things that i didn't do it.before, when i made family a priority.
I have a very positive attitude to change, and go with the flow, and enjoy it
I have taken up some new goals!

One2note: I've realised that women's attitudes have changed in recent times, in as much as they are expected to perform in the bedroom.

so yes it was a very different world i returned to.After the initial grieving was over, i adapted very well to my new status!!
