Over 500 homeless people died last year in the UK.
As we sit snug and warm in our homes, spare a thought for the people who have to sleep rough. Why are'nt they being helped.
I lived in Finland for some years, noone goes outside in the winter hostels cater for them. They are a bit rough an ready, but warm and comfortable, with central heating, and most have saunas a common thing in Finland. The cost is reasonable, and food is provided in the cost.

Why can't a scheme like this be run in the UK.
Why don't you start this scheme? Or are you too comfortable on your sofa with the heating turned up?
They did a survey here and we have over 200 homeless people in our area but no shelter....the best they have are temporary warming shelters in the winter and cooling shelters in the summer....apparently they are supposed to be building something but its gonna take a couple years....I do feel for those who have no home and are out there in the cold and heat.....

I wonder how many who died homeless were that way because their home went up in a fiery smoke in one of those infamous high rise buildings in England?
I think you are leaving because you have too many immigrants.
And partially that is your internal law system and social system.
no carry passports, An Anglo-Saxon labour system a government will take off you state old colonies across the world easy language
England was the place to be. Europe made it a bit easier for the Polish, but hey they work harder than English and have generally more ambition. :-)
But leaving the EU won't change most of it. We have a park full of people wanting to go to you. Maximiliaanpark. And at Brussel-Zuid they were grasping the axles of buses to try to get on the ferry (+ 2 hours drive further) and we are closing the highway parkings because of the groups. We have a group of 25+ at the parking just a km away from my house. (Kruibeke) We had mini jungles near Duinkerken en Zeebrugge. a bit smaller than the one near Calais.
Here below is my public statement on Twitter today " Direct result of the Fascist Tory hidden agenda. - Division by deprivation of rights to cause death & Genocide by social division. - No homes for the poor, punitive cut backs for all ages social needs & NHS funding - 1st mooted by Thatcher;'s Oxbride think tank in around 1982 "
I did that after seeing on TV & reading the BBC report that a man was found by Parliament, taken to hospital and Died later and people -- including MP's of all parties just walked past him as he was laying motionless, - except for someone who checked him out & called an ambulance - A good samaritan!!
