Do you mean all Chinese people look the same to us and vice versa?! No, you don't look the same to me, there are few big Chinese families in our town and I do recognise who works in the restaurant and who works in the shop...

crystalsmile: yes,I feel their face same......LOL
I don't much look at faces, tone of voice, tell me more, and I really think I will recognise your voice easier than your face, as I hardly really look at people much.

I understand you. No, I don't have a problem differentiating faces at all. I can also tell which twin is which. I'm a visual artist and as such I pick up differences and likeness very quickly. I could forget a name but a face, never.

I know Chinese people see our features as very similar, just like we see yours at first sight... But when you get used to them you easily distinguish who is who... I worked with so many different nationalities at once and at first it was hard remembering all, especially those from Philipines and Thailand...but it's normal, we just put different people in one visual box until we get to know them... So, don't worry, it's normal...

crystalsmile: smiley963,my voice is very different with others, younger than my true age, haha, you recognize my voice easier than face
To me the inside is much more important, than what you look like, and there you will find most of your commonalities, or differences! When we talk, it is distinct from the next person, so is hearing. Yes we all look different, but sometimes all the same as well, when looking at a crowd of people, or different to the next close up, if it really matters.
Cavalero, really?you can know twin is which?send you some panda photos, can you tell which panda named Pangpang, which panda named Lanlan, they all have a big face, two black ears
