Before a gun, the easiest way to kill, must be issued, thorough/serious testing must be done on their psyche, as some of these people with guns, are even more messed up, than those behind bars, but they can carry a gun concealed, and when slightly upset, will shoot to kill.------ This thread is Archived ------

I think it's a good idea for children to be taught that guns can kill because there are some gun owning parents who are negligent about keeping them out of reach of children.
