Unfortunately it didn't succeed, I bet the European Union will do anything to stop the Brexit, cuz if the UK leaves and has success, then other countries will follow!!!

Yes, I would argue the best "soft" Brexit would come from having our own version of Tony Blair.
Any hard Brexit would be so chaotic that it will require authoritarian leaders, a drastic revision to parliament and emergency powers to the state. To some extent it would be like there's a war on. Who knows maybe a figure like Churchill would arise but if it does the important thing is that when he's done his job, he goes.
