Its far to early to cast judgment nobody has seriously investigated it thus far.
Emotionally driven knee jerks almost always prove to be wrong, until full investigation has occurred i think better to keep open mind. Unchecked information is still surfacing, and the cheap shots by people to lazy to do any meaningful investigations of there own go no where, you surely know that.
Brendon Tarrant obtained his category A licence in November 2017 and started buying firearms the next month.

A Turkish official said initial checks found that Brenton Tarrant, 28, went to Turkey twice in 2016, from March 17 to 20 and from September 13 to October 25.

New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern was one of more than 30 recipients of the manifesto that was mailed out nine minutes before the attack took place," Ms Ardern said on Sunday.

Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces said the UAE stood with New Zealand against terror

NZ Police said a person climbed over a fence around the airfield on Sunday afternoon and left a black laptop bag and a note.

BerrySmoothie: Capital punishment in NZ was abolished in 1961.

As much as we'd like to do away with this madman ourselves, it's futile to think execution will take place.

We "take them down" through legal means.
Waste of money dragging him through the court system, change/ make terrorist laws to execute.. it cost money for the courts and to house the guy, so draw a line in the sand NZ. thumbs up

Here's a few updates on the situation here in New Zealand.

We now have a 51st death from this event. Thanks to some left-wing do-gooder reporting a 16 year old kid to the police for showing a photo of himself on Facebook with a paintball gun, for which the kid has been told he will be prosecuted, the kid's father, a Russian immigrant, has committed suicide. Don't bother looking out for any apology from the police or any sadness from the Prime Minister - she's too busy wearing a hijab and stealing guns off law-abiding citizens.

A large number of New Zealanders (maybe one or two dozen) have now been prosecuted for sharing the gunman's video. So our brilliant police and government are clogging up our justice system, and wasting our taxpayer dollars, on people who had nothing to do with the attack, but just happened to share a video that was admittedly distasteful, but which was posted on the world's largest website, and which they had no reason to believe was illegal to view or to share, because the government have now classified it "objectionable" which it was NOT classified as, at the time these people shared it.

Geeeeeeeeeeeeeesh

Here's an excellent article. It exceeds the allowed length of a post, so I will post it in two parts.

Firstly, here is the link:

ARTICLE BELOW IN TWO POSTS:

Apparently not all massacres are created equal.

You likely know that last month Brenton Tarrant, a lunatic in Christchurch, New Zealand, shot up a pair of mosques, slaughtering 50 innocent Muslims while at prayer — as horrific a crime as one can imagine.

You also likely know Tarrant was a white supremacist who claimed in a 74-page screed that he considered President Donald Trump a kindred spirit, albeit an imperfect one.

You may know less about Tarrant’s wacko environmentalist views, which held overpopulation responsible for Earth’s degradation. Muslims, he believed, were largely responsible for that because their birth rates exceed that of whites — thus they should die.

But what you may know least about, or not know at all, because of the mainstream media’s selective discernment on reporting mass violence, is that massacres on the scale of Christchurch or close to it are routine elsewhere in the world.

On March 4, for instance, it was discovered that Fulani tribesmen, who are Muslims, slaughtered at least 32 Christians in an attack in Maro, Nigeria. Some news reports, not filed by the mainstream media, suggest the killings involved a land-rights dispute, rather than religious tension. Still, in that part of the world, the two seem intertwined.

A week later in Nigeria, Fulanis murdered another 46 Christians in Anguwan Gamu. Yet the Fulanis assert these two attacks came after Christians killed between 66 and 131 of their people in February in Kujuru. Also in February, Fulanis killed 10 Christians in a massacre in Anguwan Barde.

In Jolo, Philippines, in January, Muslims bombed a Catholic church, killing at least 20 worshipers. Also in January, Fulanis in the Central African Republic community of Zaoro Sangou killed at least 13 Christians. That was preceded in December by a Muslim ambush of a Catholic mission in Alindao in the CAR, wherein Amnesty International reported at least 70 people were murdered — which occurred because of recent killings in the area that claimed an unknown number of Muslims.

The consequence of killing is being killed, over and over for as long as you have the Karmas to be killed. Applies to all sentient beings suffering from the effects of the causes of killing.

Labelling karmic outcomes as victim is a form of ignorance, kind of gross stupidity.

Instead of just observing the karmas of others, including those affected by the causes suffering from the afflictions of like and dislike. In not holding solid what is not solid, cease suffering lost listen, stop kidding oneself, its then possible to find a better understanding of the nature of sentient rebirths.

People who associate themselves with flawed religious views, or misinterpret meaningful religious teachings, and or, engage in misinterpretations of interdependent arising’s of karmic outcomes in ignorance see victims. You cannot be a so-called victim without karmic causes.
Given all sentient beings are migrating from life to life it is likely quiet reasonable to suggest, all wars include space for those with karmas to be killed or suffer war injuries because there couldn’t be a war, no goodies and baddies no war…
If we don’t create the causes = nothingness, get really good go beyond, one would no longer experience suffering rebirths, the path benefit others.
