Well, that would be how an NSFJ would do it. Ceremonies, with wizardry and perhaps ritual sacrifice of something non living like a corn cob, followed by ritualistic channelling and grinning at the skies ... But since I handle any tests and initiations, there would be some extended requirements involving all sorts of proprietary instruments, which of course Molly is in charge of. .
