marlindap: sorry but to me that does not make sense, why even bother having a soul if that is all one had to do. It takes away purpose
I like your comments. While not wanting to get overly spiritual/religious, I have no problem saying that I am a Christian who does believe in the Golden Rule, and so on. Given that, one of my most pressing questions to "stern" Christians would be this: Do you really believe that God would readily and willingly give us Free Will, and then punish us for having it? Does that make any sense? Come on people, please be practical.

apparently free will is a matter of choices we make over time, no one but god can really judge its role in our lives. Genes and environment can pre determine a lot of evil actors.
