Choice, is not available to all. Lots of children / people get given something and have to be happy with it, they can't choose. Take children / people on welfare, where they can just afford the bare minimum. Children in institutions are lucky to have something to wear, never mind a choice of many.
To be able to choose is a right of all people, so why do some not have that option? Whose mistake is it, for them to have landed up in that situation?

Most of us, have a lot more than what we need or want, and complain. Give a thought to those that have next to nothing!!!!!

nobody can choose for a complete healthy body and immortality or happiness. If I could choose I would choose these two, eventually good looking too. ichdom is a failure to hunt for, when you are rich, you want more, you always want more, even if you are the richest person on earth and you don't know what to do with your money. Of course you can buy any new game, book, cd movie etc, but you won't have the time to enjoy it all. I guess that's why many rich people are on cocaine. Be happy with what you get, don't risk your life to get more.

Healthy Body, Immortality / Happiness: If you inherit money, you are rich, but did not work for it yourself. If you're self made, you will always strive for more, and not have the time to enjoy it. Drugs, yes you don't need to be rich to enjoy it. People are people at the end of the day, and you can do nothing about it.

To most people Choice comes naturally, and they cannot understand a circumstance, where No Choice is offered. Thus there are levels of existence, that some people, with blinkers on, will never be able to conceptualise.
smiley963: So, why do you think she made all the wrong decisions, after being brought up in the correct value system? Genes? Generally upbringing overcome genes. From what age were she with you?
I find the genes very important...when it comes to what we do with our lives... I don't believe that upbringing overcomes genes, at least not often though... It takes very little to make a U turn and follow your genetic road map... She was 8

I am referring to a person that grew up elsewhere up to a teenager, 12, and then back to where he should be, and the genes showed clearly in commonalities, but the upbringing formed him. He will follow his upbringing, not his genes. I have proof, and it's not the only one.

What about gay people, is this as a result of their upbringing, or do you think there is something genetic involved??

Gay people, were born gay, and pushed into pants or a dress by their family, even though they did not want it, as they had to conform. They are people just like us, their bodies and emotions, are just different and acceptable by me.

i think there are still some choices. one can choose how they will deal with their circumstances, what kind of attitude or emotion they have. i think it's a choice how we play the hand we are dealt.

you know life is not as easy as ABC.. Its not always in black and white As people make it out to be . one can say that we will always have a choice but if you find your self in a certain situation you will realize that its easier said than done .. If you look to the left everything comes crumbling on you if you look to the right everything is just so against you ,as a result you don't know what to do and who to turn to . honestly some people like myself can't really make choices for our selves life makes choices for us and all we can do is to try and adapt and fight for our dreams and goals
