Nope trying to build muscle not fat should have been tin of beans, or bag of chicken strips. protein not sugar. I just had to have sweets today

Ok, You build your muscle whenever you feel like it, I stick to my Yoga, which just leaves me supple. I eat whatever I feel like whenever, I have never been on a real diet, and never tried to build muscle, but we all do whatever we want to whenever. Nope I dont have the protein stuff but just cut out the bag__s of sweets and decided they were addictive. So breaking the addiction, who wants to be controlled by bags of sweets.
