Track16: I had a Ensure which is a so called healthy drink that was the sweetest sugar laden thing I tasted in a while. Dessert is pot and a cigarette.
Track16: lol they are, I wouldn't want to drink too many of them though, bet they would get sickly
It's hard to get protein drinks without added sugar ... and, vitamins, some have a daily amount of certain vitamins, and I already take daily vitamins and don't need or want extra. And sugar ... I found a protein drink with 30 grams of protein, and only 6 grams of sugar ... after my lunch, I take my vitamins with the protein drink... ... ...
In the last 4 days the only calories I consumed was a can of Monster each morning, and two packages of saimin yesterday with two eggs and kimchee in them.

What is probably happening is your body has adjusted to the limited calorie intake and your metabolism has slowed. In my 20s, I went for a spell of a couple of years barely eating anything and I did lose weight, but not much considering I was eating maybe once every 2 or 3 days. Your body will adjust to what is being took in.
