I make a killer one 
Takes ages to make as you start with roasted pumpkin, then it has eggplant, roasted red capsicum, zucchini, mushrooms, garlic, onions and baby spinach
A bechamel sauce is involved plus a tomato one, then you layer it with lasagna sheets and mozzarella cheese
It's divine, actually I think I'll make one tomorrow ... Good cold weather eating

My friend next door. Filled. The dog. Bowl up.........with fresh cooked chic1ken....,..1the dog smelt1. It. But walked. Away1......,so he gave him fish instead........but the chicken. Wasn't wasted......,he tipped it on a plate...and gave it to me......it was quite nice.....,......
