Fella said "pretend you did not call" Got picked up to get to work and told my little story
to the guys in the van about a garbage bin on fire. By the time I got picked up the bin was ok.
Came back home from work by that group in the van and the building that had the bin on fire was destroyed by fire
The guys in the truck were in awe but one of them said to me Don't Say anything.
So I wont say anything... but it was one of my first conspiracies.

I once worked in a German restaurant in slightly upstate NY. The owner hired a German chef who he thought was great. His first day on the job he forgot to take out the apple strudel out of the oven on time and it burnt to a crisp so he quickly threw it out into the dumpster in back. Five minutes later the bartender/manager got a phone call from the little accountants office in back of the dumpster saying there was a raging fire in the dumpster. The bartender got the fire extinguisher and put it out and used the water hose to further dampen the hot spots.
