Everything in the world ages dies .....we are quite long lived when you compare humans to flowers insects animals ....it's how the earth works you come into being you live your life span and you die . I've no fear of death itself but when someone we love dies then we question ask "why"? it's part of grief its hard to let go of those we love most say our immediate family and we wish it were otherwise but it's the one thing we can be certain of .....we will die one day . Live in the moment don't waste life on wishing or regretting .all we have is the present moment .
