Bad experience is not something that should be shared to help yourself get over it... It might make you feel better because of the sympathy you receive from others but it doesn't help you see where did you go wrong... The thinking and healing is a lonely process, you stand up against yourself...

Tulefell: Being an introvert, I really don't.
It is really essential to get it off your back, and share...but you can write it down as well, but someone you trust still need to read it, when you feel comfortable with it...

It's essential to get over it. Period.
In your own pace and manner.
If you can't manage a failure without burdening someone else with it, then we'll... I hope that this someone else is comfortable with the experience. Otherwise you are abusing people's good will.

True! Healing can be done in silence with a meditation for example at an energetic level?
Also...a "bad" experience can be transformed into a humorous one by looking at it from another perspective.

You need to share it,
to tell about the bad experience,
to take the load off your back.
If you don't share it,
it festers,
and becomes,
like a septic wound,
that is not cleansed.
