smiley963: When something goes wrong,
You need to share it,
to tell about the bad experience,
to take the load off your back.

If you don't share it,
it festers,
and becomes,
like a septic wound,
that is not cleansed.
Sharing thoughts is a great idea and I share my words of wisdom...with the cs community on a regular basis...

you have to be prepared for give and take...when it comes to sharing problems...one of exes used to always want to be the centre of attention and her problems were all that ever mattered to her...I am very happy, that her and her self centred ways...are not longer part of my life...

If you are talking about medical conditions, then it's best to see a doctor and not leave it

pKrema: Bad experience is not something that should be shared to help yourself get over it...
It might make you feel better because of the sympathy you receive from others but it doesn't help you see where did you go wrong...
The thinking and healing is a lonely process, you stand up against yourself...
And some people feel the need to talk about it, but others don't wanna talk about it all. But like pKrema sayes, you need to deal it by yourself, nobody can help you in the healing process, only support you If you allow it.

If by main reason we mean lifesaving reason, yes. It is in a sense the most vital reason. Not main in the sense that 80% of what you say is about your own problems, I’m not sure how fulfilling that would be for anybody including you.

(who is you?-- . just a general statement. That's all)
