I checked it out and it sounds interesting....the one thing that doctors overlook is the fact that ptsd has just as much to do with the body as the mind does....the body also holds memories so they aren't just coming from the mind but the body too and then of course the same emotions and bodily chemicals etc go along with it every time you have a memory of flashback......

I'm sorry to hear you have been dealing with this. I can't imagine what you go through but I know you are a strong woman and I am glad you looked at the link. I was hoping it might help.

No....not at all...its just that phrase itself if over done.....its like people think because you're strong you don't need anything and that's not true at all....
