I've ben readingbthrough some of the threads on here, (some funny, some sad and some filled with concern).

After being single for 3 years you kind of get ta point when you start to think is there someone out there for me.

My problem was I was literally moving around and not staying in one place too long to start to make friends let alone start up a relationship.

Well from May last year I've finally put down roots again. I'm still ion the same boat (not many friends just workmates), but I still have hope.

For me 3 years is a long time but because of what has happened to me in the past I'll be dammed if I jump feet first into anythin anymore.

I've been a mamber of several dating sites with no luck at all. But I think that's down to me and how I went about things. I've only been here for a few days now but I've learned a valuable lesson already. You only get out what you put in!

So for all those out there who feel there is noone out thre don't despair. If you can't dee th light at the end of the tunnel then look harder.

hello john nice to meet you, i have also been on my own for 3 years after the break up of my last one by choice i chose to be alone for some time out to get my life back on track , i haven't been on here long either but there are some really nice people on here you can chat too and av a laugh too, there is someone out there for everybody and i am still living in hope , but just take one day at a time there is light at the end of the tunnel somewhere lol . sonia ::handshake:

I intend on doing the same take one day at a time and se where it leads me.
