There are literally millions of unendowed women that would pay a pretty penny for life to have given them "lemons" like those.
Honestly NHS should cover her surgery. Heard a few horror stories from women about the toll larger breasts can take on their spines, back, neck, posture. Doesn't sound like fun.
In principle I'm against cosmetic surgery, I think we should all live with the standard model we were delivered with. But this case is not about beauty, it's about health. I hope the newspaper at least kicks in a few grand towards her surgery.
