Ivw seen cities with wait periods before purchase with or without conceal carry. In Ohio, Texas and other states you dont need a permit to open carry or the purchase of guns. Which is the way it shiukd be globally. Anyone need a license to buy cars that kill? Nope.and he/she doesn't have a civilian permit to carry, he/she has to wait 3 days to pick up
