it comes from the Allegheny Hills folk wisdow .. a section of the USA on the Atlanitc Coast Ridge of Mountains from Georgia to Canada really ... and those are Hill Billies .. of Mountain folk of sorts ... here and there in the valleys and hollars.Can you decode that saying?
