Darned if I know! I have 1 (one) profile. You can read it anytime. It DOES get some looks, never a response of course, but that's to be expected. A lot of women put in a very large possible age preference while we all know they have no intention of seeing anyone older enough to be their Daddy or Grand Daddy. Seems to me if they want two identical profiles, fine I don't care, no skin off my nose, but I don't see the logic in it.

When I finally decided to accept a job offer and move temporarily (to see how everything goes, before I make a final decision) - I was unpleasantly surprised by the behavior of my virtual acquaintances. Some got VERY busy the moment they realized that I was living in their country/town and never had the time to meet in RL. That was very curious since they used to have a lot of time to spend with me virtually (and not with me only, but on the internet in general). Some simply vanished. I did meet some, but they didn't seem too happy about it. They were distant and not very friendly. It was more a sort of a duty for them (they promised...). I preferred their "friendly virtual self" much much more. Only a couple of people were who they said they were and were really nice and friendly.
At least 90% of all my virtual contacts were actually time wasters - not only romantically, but also as potential friends.
People live more on the internet than in reality nowadays, I guess.
